For this project, I designed promotional materials for Merrimack College’s Fall Concert, which was set to feature a special guest artist. As one of my first larger projects at Merrimack, it required navigating multiple approvals and learning how to balance creative promotion with the college’s established brand standards. The design needed to be approved by both the artist’s team and the college.

My initial layout organized the event information clearly but did not fully align with Merrimack’s official brand colors. After revisiting the design and adjusting it to better reflect the college’s branding, the piece was approved. I then expanded the concept into a full promotional set, including materials for RISE digital screens, flyers, posters, and email and ticket sale promotions.

Although the concert ultimately did not take place, the project demonstrates my ability to adapt designs to brand guidelines while still creating engaging promotional materials for an event outside of a traditional campus organization.
