Abigail Rose O'Keefe

Abby O’Keefe is a graphic designer with experience across agency, higher education, and freelance environments, specializing in brand identity, visual systems, and strategic visual communication. Her work combines visual storytelling with structured design thinking to create cohesive, thoughtful, and adaptable brand experiences across digital and physical platforms.

Abby’s experience spans both client-facing and in-house design environments. As a Branding and Design Assistant Graduate Fellow at Merrimack College, she supported institutional branding and campus-wide communications, developing branded materials across print and digital platforms while helping departments maintain consistency within established brand standards. She also reviewed and approved Canva submissions for more than 15 campus organizations and contributed to larger communication campaigns.

At Greater Than, Abby supported client-facing branding and campaign initiatives, contributing to brand kits, visual systems, environmental graphics, pitch decks, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral. Working alongside lead designers and strategists, she helped translate brand strategy into cohesive visual solutions and production-ready deliverables.

Alongside her professional experience, Abby is the founder of ARO Design, her freelance graphic design practice. Through ARO Design, she works directly with small-business clients to develop logos, branded assets, and marketing materials from initial concepts through final delivery while managing communication, timelines, feedback, and production.

Abby holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Studio Art and a Master of Communication with a concentration in Digital Media and Content Creation, both from Merrimack College. Her approach balances creative exploration with thoughtful structure, with a particular interest in branding, art direction, and visual systems that help organizations communicate clearly and consistently.
